A midstate house improvement business is growing to Alabama.

West Shore Dwelling has acquired Alabama-primarily based tub remodeler, C&C Enterprises, which operated as New Tub Alabama. The transaction took spot on Monday. West Shore now has actual physical areas in Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.

The acquisition of the Alabama business is the fifth acquisition for West Shore Dwelling considering that 2018. All those acquisitions have expanded West Shore Residence into Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Ga, Alabama and Texas.

In July, West Shore Dwelling expanded into Virginia in July when it acquired Benefit House Products and solutions Inc., a toilet reworking firm based in Hampton, Virginia. In November 2019, West Shore Property acquired Florida-based Fairbanks Construction, a window and bathtub enterprise. West Shore Residence acquired Kentucky-dependent America’s Window LLC, a window, bathtub and siding organization in the summer time of 2019. In November 2018, the company expanded into North Carolina, South Carolina and Ga when it obtained Brytons Dwelling Improvement, a shower and bath transforming firm, based in North Carolina.

West Shore dwelling now has 20 operational destinations including places in Lessen Allen Township and Pittsburgh.

And a new headquarters in the midstate is on the way for West Shore House. Final yr, West Shore Dwelling ordered a 55,000-sq.-foot assets at 3 Crossgates Generate in Hampden Township to swap its headquarters on Simpson Ferry Street in Decrease Allen Township. Renovations are envisioned to be completed on the new headquarters next month.
