A little one boy who died in a horror automobile and van crash has been remembered as a “joyful” and “happy small boy” by his heartbroken mother and father.
Mum Rachael Thorold, 36, was pushing her five-month-aged son Louis in a pram together the pavement beside the A10 in Cambridgeshire on Friday afternoon, January 22, when a car or truck and van collided.
The van arrived off the road and struck Mrs Thorold and her son’s pram.
Louis tragically died and Mrs Thorold remains in hospital.
Out sister title Cambridgeshire Stay report that the mum is in a important but secure problem at Addenbrooke’s Clinic.
The driver of the van and the driver of the Mazda experienced slight injuries and remained at the scene.
In tribute, Louis’s father, Chris Thorold reported: “We will appreciate you usually our minor Louis. You have been only with us for a shorter time, but you designed us the happiest men and women in the world.
“I cannot explain how heartbroken we are that you are absent. You are such a content little boy and your joyful smile and laughter will by no means depart us.
“Your ma-ma is combating to keep with us and we are praying that she will make it as a result of.
“You will normally be in our hearts and do not stress, I am using care of all your animals.
“We love you so a lot and we know you will now be safe with Granny, Grandad and Fantastic Grandpa in Heaven.
“Take care my small Lou, sweet dreams.”
