PALM HARBOR, FL — Late Thursday afternoon, the Suncoast Animal League in Palm Harbor gained a get in touch with and a troubling video clip from Pasco County Animal Providers showing two little puppies, believed to be 3 weeks previous, that were being surrendered to animal solutions.
